How To Display An Image With A URL Link In Your Sidebar

Are you looking to add an image to sidebar on your blog?

Your in luck, I wrote the instructions for WP newbies and those that just need a reminder.

Click on WP Admin

Click on Appearance on your Dashboard – see below

Click on Widgets

Click Image in Your List of Widgets – see below

Choose Primary from the pop-up list 

Click Add Widget

The widget will then move over to the primary widget list

It will look like this below:

Add Link URLThe website address where you want the reader to go when they click on the picture. Copy and paste this from the address bar on computer.

Then view your page with your new image in your sidebar.

Your image should be in the sidebar where the arrow is pointing.
